Emails from the Practice

As per NHS Grampain Guidance, we send all emails via secured encryption.

The Practice sends all emails with a secured encryption attached to them – this increases the level of safety and confidentiality when sending and receiving patient information.

Due to the security being heightened on the email, this adds a few extra steps for the recipient when opening attachments that have been sent.

Please see attached guide that may be useful to patients if they have any difficulties opening secured attachments from the Practice.
