NHS Pharmacy First Scotland is a free NHS service that provides expert advice and treatment for a range of minor illnesses and common health conditions.
You can speak to a trained community pharmacist who can assess your symptoms, recommend appropriate treatment, or refer you to another healthcare professional if needed — without having to see your GP first.
No appointment is needed. You can simply visit a participating community pharmacy and speak to a pharmacist for advice and support.
In Huntly, both Largue Pharmacy and Duke Street Pharmacy are participating in the NHS Pharmacy First Scotland service.
