Who do I see?
All requests to see a Doctor are now triaged over the phone before face to face appointments are made.
To speak to a Clinician for telephone triage you must phone 01466 792116 or 01466 765001 ( 01464 861271 if calling from Rhynie ) at the phone call times of: 8.30am – 9.00.am or 1.45pm – 2.15pm Monday – Friday.
A receptionist may be able to signpost you to a suitable service. The clinician will then call you back and if necessary arrange a face to face appointment for you.
Phone 999 if it’s a medical emergency.

Cancellations
It is important you let us know as soon as possible if you cannot attend an appointment. Please phone 01466765001 (01464861271 if Rhynie appointment) to cancel.
If you need a home visit please phone (01466) 792116 (Huntly) or 01464861271 (Rhynie) before 10.30am if possible. This will help the doctors to plan their rounds and avoid unnecessary delays. Visits are for people who are housebound or are too ill to go out. Otherwise please try to come to the surgery.
